Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) has always been a little different -- not one to follow the crowd. She wasn't expecting much when she moved to the little town of Forks, Washington, to live with her dad, and she definitely didn't expect to fall in love with smart, hunky, smooth-talking Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). Did we mention that he also happens to be an immortal vampire? This complicates their relationship a bit. Bella's new high school friends are all about prom and are going all out this year. But will Bella go so far to join the undead with her beau on prom night?

She crushes on rich boy Blaine (Andrew McCarthy), and it turns out he's fallen for her too. They make a date for the prom, but Blaine's posh pals (led by back-when-he-was-uber-hot James Spader) make him back out. What's Andie going to do about the prom? Watch and see.

He sets out to woo and transform her, and (of course) he begins to totally fall for her. But what's she going to do when she finds out about his sketchy scheme?

10 Things I Hate About You (1999)
When the strict father of cute, trendy Bianca (Larisa Oleynik) forbids her to go out with boys until her standoffish sister Kat (Julia Stiles) starts dating, Bianca's admirers hatch a scheme. They pay troublemaker Patrick (Heath Ledger) to take Kat to the prom in hopes that this will make Bianca free to date. But soon Patrick finds himself falling for Kat and vice versa, which makes it all the more difficult when the underhanded scheme is finally revealed. Sound familiar? It's not just the plot of every teen movie -- it's Shakespeare, silly!

Never Been Kissed (1999)
This Drew Barrymore classic has it all: a makeover, a hot teacher, and a love story. It starts with a dorky 25-year-old newspaper reporter who goes under cover and back to her high school -- for a story she's writing, she's determined to get "in" with the cool kids. The prom scenes will blow you away, and the theme is Famous Couples Throughout History; don't miss a young Jessica Alba as Barbie!

A Cinderella Story (2004)
This is a modern twist on a classic fairy tale. Hilary Duff plays Sam, a high schooler with a crappy job and an evil stepfamily (headed by Jennifer Coolidge from Legally Blonde). And yeah, needless to say, she's not the most popular girl in school. How long will it take for her to realize that her online sweetie is star quarterback Austin (Chad Michael Murray) and her school's BMOC (that's Big Man On Campus)? Kinda cheesy? Yeah. But we watch anything with CMM in it.

Prom Night (2008)
Warning: This is definitely not your typical romantic comedy. Donna Keppel (Brittany Snow) spends her senior prom running from a psychopathic killer, who's staying in the hotel where her prom is taking place. He even targets her friends (which happen to include actress Jess Stroup from 90210). Oh, and even sicker -- the murderer is an ex-teacher obsessed with Donna. Total horror flick.
